Verbal Aikido introductory practical sessions

This introductory session is designed to give participants a firsthand experience of the principles and techniques that make Verbal Aikido such a powerful tool for conflict resolution. Led by the founder of VA (Luke Archer), this interactive workshop will provide you with a glimpse into the world of Verbal Aikido and its practical applications.

Over the course of the three sessions, you will learn the fundamentals of Verbal Aikido, including strategies for redirecting negative energy, defusing tense situations, and fostering positive dialogue. Through engaging exercises and simulations, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to effectively communicate when faced with criticisms, accusations and much more!

Each 1.5-hour interactive session will give you hands-on tools, valuable insights and practical skills that can be immediately applied in your personal and professional life. These introductory session are the perfect opportunity to determine if Verbal Aikido is the right fit for you before committing to regular dojo practice (limited places).
